Peak Performance

The idea was to find a way into the motoring industry. I wanted to produce assets to show capability in the photography and cinematography of automotive. We took two high end cars to the beautiful (but incredibly wet) Peak District in Derbyshire and produced a short film and a bank of photographic assets and a hand held camera. No rigs, no gimbals just a very ballsy videographer.

The whole thing served as great day out driving but also an important art direction session on how to show off the cars as best we could. Despite the horrendous weather on the day and the total change of scenery from my relatively FMCG/Agency background a lot of the skills translated. This initial personal project took on a life of its own and has lead to a lot of work for next year, in the very industry we wanted to slide into.
